In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact the us via email accounts@verslasguru.com.

Requests received 30 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period. Services for the current tenure cannot be cancelled post payment.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products or services, refund can be initiated if the concern is raised within 30 days from the date of Payment for services. No refund will be entertained post 10 days from the delivery of product.

Payment made through any means on our web portal will be refunded to the original mode of payment or to the bank account of the client post validation of account details in the same name.

The refund created will be less the amount liable by the client to be paid as the part service and payment gateway charges.
